                John and I first met Cyndi in 2007 when we had our Huntington home on the market in order to relocate to the West Coast. At the time, we were represented by another realtor and had gotten to know Cyndi when she showed our home to her clients. We immediately hit it off, and we clearly remember being impressed by how genuine she was.                 In September of 2007, we decided that we wanted to take our home off the market and keep it as a rental property. Once on the West Coast, we again began considering putting our home on the market. We immediately thought of Cyndi Reilly and called her to see if she would be interested in working with us. Even though we were across the country, with limited or no time to travel to the East Coast, Cyndi agreed to represent us, and immediately began pulling comps for us, visiting our property, and obtained an appraisal for us in our absence. Due to the state of the housing market at that time, we once again decided to keep the property.                 Finally, in January 2011, we decided that it was time to sell our home. We once again called Cyndi Reilly who, as always, was ready and willing to help our family in any way that she could. At this point, the home had become quite a financial burden on us. From the get go, Cyndi was so understanding and always offered us the most sensible advice when making decisions for listing our home and marketing our listing.                 The support we received from Cyndi over the months to come was way beyond what we ever could have imagined. Knowing that we were unable to travel to the East Coast, Cyndi helped deal with the tenants living in our home, met with appraisers, kept a close eye on the property, and made suggestions of contacts for home maintenance. Once she found a buyer for our home, we ran into an issue with an open permit for a retaining wall on our property. Cyndi went to Town Hall for us, spoke with inspectors, mailed us forms, contacted engineers and obtained multiple bids for work that needed to be done to expedite the sale. She kept in constant communication with us, the buyer, and the buyer’s agent, and knowing how busy our schedules were, offered to take care of most of the follow up for us. Had it not been for her persistence and attention to detail, we are certain our deal would not have gone through. We came across many roadblocks while trying to close the deal on our home, and Cyndi was relentless in getting the deal done for us.                 With Cyndi as our agent, we always felt comfortable and secure. We know she always had our best interests in mind, and she was always available for us when we had any questions or concerns.
